On rare occasions, the price for an item on eLights.com may differ from the price shown in a User's shopping cart -- it is possible that a price may increase or decrease between the time the item is placed in a shopping cart and the time that the purchase is actually made.  Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our website may be mispriced.  If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our sole discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.  We do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process.

Returns:

You may return your order for credit (minus shipping charges) within 30 days after receipt. The item(s) must be in new condition, uninstalled and in original packaging. Please do not write on carton, use shipping label.

Restocking charge - All non-defective items are subject to a restocking charge of 25% except RAB Lighting products. Call for info.
Special Order Items from Lightolier are subject to a 50% restocking charge.
Batteries, bulbs, and wire are not returnable except for manufacture warranty.
