This Company did a great job. My order was as described, shipping was fast
and price was great. The only reason I give customer service a 4 out of 5
is because things went correctly. I feel in order to actually judge customer
service you must find out how the company deals with problems. Since I had
no problems I can't actually say.

We needed path lights that were 120 V and we wanted lights that were an
updated style and that were classy. They were difficult to find (120V) anywhere
else. Elights had the best prices and selection of anyone I found for path
lights and they had exactly what we were looking for. They were not able
to ship them out by the next day and gave us a later shipping date. We asked
if they could possibly send them to us sooner and we had the lights 5 days
sooner than they promised. We are definitely pleased with our shopping experience
with Elights and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for lights.

E-lights e-mailed me with the shipping info and tracking number of the shipment.
The lights were shipped at no cost to me directly to the customer, in good
condition.The lamp was included in the 5 fixtures.this amounted to a $150
savings as compared to buying an equal fixture from a local Electrical Wholesale
House. Also saving on 7.75% tax on a $1100 order all amounts to a super
deal. I will definately purchase more fixtures fom e-lights again.-Ralph

easily the transaction was handled. The only reason I could not give an
excellent rating on the shipping was because the shipment was so large that
it had to be shipped via freight company and could not be expedited without
some serious additional cost (and, of course, we needed it yesterday). The
price was better than any other vendor I checked with. I would not hesitate

This site was easy to use and navigate. Using the checkout was very easy
as well and the site follows up well when items are shipped with a tracking
number, some places still dont do this. Selection is very good. The motion
sensor I purchased seems to be made very well. This brand is unavailble
in the local home improvement stores. I believe quality is higher than products
found in places like Home Depot or Lowes. Im more than willing to pay for
quality. I wouldn't hesitate to order from elights in the future.

Comments: eLights was priced a little higher than some of the competition,
but were very clear what the charges were and very straightforward throughout
the purchase process. Delivery was very fast(faster than promised) and packaging
was good. They kept me appraised of steps in the process through email,
letting me know the order was recieved, and status as it shipped. They didnt
bug me with excess, or SPAM emails either. I initially went with a cheaper
competitor. However, their actual price didnt match advertized, and their
free shipping had a high handling cost. Hidden costs and deceptive pricing
made me doubt their integrity. eLights had none of this, and decent prices.
