eLights.com will make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. If an item is in stock, it may take up to 48 hours to ship. Orders received on holidays and weekends will be processed the next business day. If your order contains items from different manufacturers, you may receive separate shipments and the shipping time will vary. You will be sent a confirmation email each time an item on your order ships.
Back ordered items:
If an item on your order is back ordered or out of stock, you will be notified by email within 24-48 hours.
Shipping and processing charges for all items are based on the item and the delivery destination. You can calculate your shipping cost before placing your order by following these steps:
the items you wish to order and click the "place order" button.
- Fill in
your shipping address and shipping method and click "continue with order".
- The shipping
cost will be added to your order.
- To change
your UPS shipping method click the back button on your browser and choose
a new shipping method. Your new shipping cost will be calculated.
If the shipping charges are not calculated correctly, additional charges may be added to your order. You will be notified if there are additional shipping costs.
Orders over 150lbs will be shipped by truck. A flat rate will be added to your order based on weight.
Returns and Exchanges:
To ensure a quick and hassle-free return and exchange process:
- Inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
Keep all the original packaging until you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
- If your order arrives damaged, notify elights.com customer service immediately so we can arrange an exchange or issue replacement parts. If you prefer to return the damaged items for credit rather than replacement, you will be credited for the product cost less a 30% restocking fee.
- You may return your order for credit (minus shipping charges)
within 30 days after receipt. The item(s) must be in new and uninstalled condition.

- All returned items are subject to a restocking charge of 30%.
- Poles, Batteries, Cables and Bulbs are not returnable.
- All Sale items are Final.
If your order has not shipped, we will cancel your order upon request. To cancel your order, please call us at (888) 844-3332. If your order has already shipped and you would still like to cancel, you will be responsible for freight fees and restocking charges.
