Never be surprised by a visitor again! This simple, easy to install system not only warns you with a pleasant, indoor plug-in chime when a visitor drives or walks up, but also makes sure your porch light is automatically on from dusk to dawn (if you wish). Installs in minutes using a wireless outdoor PIR motion detector, plug-in transceiver and chime, and a front porch wall switch that gets powerline signls from the wireless plug-in transceiver. Multiple chimes may be ordered and plugged in to any 110v wall outlet you choose. Outdoor PIR Motion Detector may be placed up to 100 feet away from the plug-in transceiver.
This kit contains one of each of the following:
XTDM10A Outdoor Wireless PIR Motion Detector with dusk to dawn feature
XT751 Plug-in tranceiver, converts radio signal from the PIR Motion Detector to a powerline carrier signal on your 100v electrical system
XT546 Plug-in Chime Module, listens for it's particular X-10 powerline carrier signal then emits a pleasant chime
HC467 X-10 Wall Switch, replaces front porch light switch, listens to the Outdoor PIR Motion Detector's signals that tell it to turn the light on at dusk and off at dawn
